Jilievob Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between jilievob and all its users. By registering, logging in, or using any of jilievob's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these terms.

Jilievob is an online Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. It offers betting across cricket, football, and 50+ other sports.

All jilievob services are strictly for individuals of legal age (18+). Access is prohibited from any country or region where online betting is illegal. Users are solely responsible for complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Accurate and truthful information is required to register an account on jilievob. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.

• Each person may register one account only.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be verified.
• Identity verification via National ID or passport is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• To update any account details, please contact customer support.

Withdrawals will be restricted until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is completed. jilievob's verification process is typically completed within 24 hours.

Before placing bets on jilievob, please read the specific rules for each event. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the cash-out feature is available.

• Minimum bet amounts may vary depending on the event.
• Maximum bet amounts are determined by the odds and the type of event.
• Odds may change during live betting due to server delays.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all bets will be refunded.
• Jilievob reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Both single and multiple-event (accumulator) bets are accepted.

Jilievob reserves the right to void any bet linked to match-fixing or other unethical conduct. Maintaining betting integrity is one of jilievob's highest priorities.

Deposits on jilievob can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (separate limits apply for VIP members)
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed in an average of 1 hour.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000.

Jilievob does not charge any transaction fees. However, charges from mobile banking providers may apply. For suspicious transactions, jilievob may request additional documents for verification.

Jilievob regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page.

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• A wagering requirement (typically 5x–10x) must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance.
• Any unused bonus balance will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined or used simultaneously.
• Jilievob reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Jilievob operates as an intermediary platform. Betting outcomes depend entirely on the results of sporting events, and jilievob has no control over those results.

• Jilievob is not liable for any bets lost due to internet connection issues.
• Bets placed during a technical issue on the platform are subject to review.
• Jilievob is not responsible for errors by third-party data providers.
• Service disruptions may occur in force majeure situations, such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.

Jilievob may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• If these terms and conditions are violated.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to manipulate the system.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• If the user is found to be underage.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any valid cash balance will be returned; however, bonus balances will be forfeited.

• User information is not shared with authorities except where required by law.

For any complaints, please contact jilievob customer support first. We typically respond to all complaints within 48 hours.

• Any dispute regarding a betting outcome must be raised within 72 hours.
• Payment-related disputes will be resolved within a maximum of 14 business days.
• In all disputes, jilievob's system logs will be treated as conclusive evidence.

Jilievob may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions were last updated in January 2026. In the event of any conflict with a previous version, the most recent version shall apply.
